Self Defense More than self defense—awareness! Sometimes self defense means survival, and survival is a conscious attitude. Our reality-based self defense program is a practical, efficient prevention and awareness based program aimed at making you more aware of your surroundings, attack prevention, and aware of the realities and misconceptions of “street defense,” where it’s a matter of life. These programs focus especially on prevention education. What can we do for you? Custom seminars; hands-on or lecture; corporate team building; women’s self defense; special topics and scenarios. At this time, most of our self defense seminars are partnered with a local self defense center in Hermitage, TN.
